CRÊPES!
-45 de farine (500 grams)
-½ litre du lait
-½ litre d’eau
-6 oeufs
-en peu de sel
Et puis...
EN ANGLAIS:
- 500 grams (5 cups I think) of flour
-around 2 cups of milk
-around 2 cups of water
-6 eggs
-a little salt for flavor
Mix it all well and let the batter sit for a half an hour but it is not necessary.
Spread the batter in the pan and turn the crepes when the faces are brown and cooked.
